We waste so much energy trying to control things outside of ourselves
.
When the only thing we have control over is us
.
Our connection to spirit/God/universe/Self etc
Our identity
Our beliefs
Our thoughts
Our words
Our actions
.
Us.
.
Getting to this place. Of complete peace, complete trusting, and surrendering to what God/Life/Universe/Self (whatever you believe or not) has in store, knowing that those plans are abundant, limitless and are FAR greater then mine could ever be
.
Because I find in that energy is where life exists and the magic happens
.
Not when I’m trying to control, force, fixate on things that really...come on at the end of the day do jack shit besides make me “feel” like I’m doing something.
.
But I’m recognizing that’s just ego
.
That’s the old me trying to just work and force and spin my wheels doing ALL the strategies without any traction...
.
That’s me coming from a place of fear and worry and doing what everyone else is doing rather than trusting me
.
It doesn’t mean sit and do nothing (although for me that’s been an apparent message of wait, not yet and I’m declaring I’m ok with that)
.
It doesn’t mean there is no strategy
.
But it’s slow down. Tune in. Connect. Listen. And take aligned action rather than hustle bustle fear forcing action
.
EVERYTIME I slow down and tune in I make WAY more progress easier, faster, more enjoyable than the latter
.
I can’t see the unknown
.
But it makes me super excited for what’s to come
.

Full confession I sure did
.
And it did nothing but create more confusion, fear, anxiety and waste a butt load of time...aka time I can’t get back...aka MY LIFE
.
Lets call a spade a spade: It’s just a thought
.
But that’s the thing...
.
It’s our THOUGHTS that either hold us back or propel us forward
.
And I stayed here for WAY too long
.
Now I help others do the same and here’s how You can start moving forward.
.
Because let me tell you
.
It’s not because you didn’t get into a certain school
Or didn’t grow up wealthy
Or didn’t grow up in a certain neighborhood
Or don’t look a certain way
Or because you aren’t an extrovert
Etc etc etc
.
You just aren’t doing it
.
Gut punch. For me too.
.
Be happy with what you have or DECIDE differently
.
Because you can. And if you think you can’t I GUARANTEE you can find someone with “less” or the odds stacked against them WHO DID
.
Because they decided and figured it out
.
Ok so you are preparing to maybe do something completely different or slightly new to you
.
And guess what no one knows at first, but they figure it out
.
Start asking who does know how?
What groups can you get into?
What coach can you hire?
What program can you take?
What books can you read?
What podcasts can you listen to it?
What rooms can you get into?
.
Etc can you see how THAT expands your thinking versus paralyzing?
.
Just whatever you do GET OFF THE FENCE
.
This is why I love coaching. Because it was a coach who helped me get of it my shit and see this, and now I’m living a life completely on purpose and lit the F up.

Who the heck are you to be doing that?
.
“Hi I’m danya and it’s my life and I can do whatever the F I want”
.
Is NOT how I responded at first ha
.
You see I was so attached to the titles, my credentials, my education, the amount of money, and years spent crafting those skills, my clients, a dream job people would KILL for
.
Yet. It was no longer my dream job in that way anymore
.
And I made myself sick with worry and anxiety of how the f could I change my mind
.
But I wanted more freedom. More freedom of my schedule
More freedom of how much I want to make
More freedom of how I spend my time
More freedom to do different things. A variety of things
More freedom of who I want to and CHOOSE to work with
.
Life on MY terms
.
But I was paralyzed in my old identities because that’s all I knew
.
However that identity was no longer serving where I was going
.
And in order for me to create a life that was more aligned with where I am going
.
The old me needed to die off as she was holding my ambitious ass back
.
You see here’s the thing
.
In case you didn’t remember...it’s YOUR life
.
And life is SHORT
.
It’s ok to change your mind
It’s ok to say no
It’s ok to pivot as many times as you want
It’s ok to do multiple things
.
YOU are the author, co creator and actor in your life
.
You write the story
You live the story
And you can change the story at any time
.
But the old you has to go
.
Who do you need to become in order to achieve what future you desires?
.
What is her identity? What does she believe? What does she think? What does she say? What are her habits?
.

those that see rest/white space as weak or a bad thing are exactly why they are not where they want to be
.
You can only work or train as hard as you recover
.
Every true high performer gets this and takes it very seriously
.
Even tho yes you can go 140mph all the time
.
You can only sustain that for so long
.
Before burnout happens
.
Relationships break down
.
Anxiety/ fear takes over
.
Get sick or injured
.
Etc. And then what? Ironically You’ll end up taking MORE time away than you wanted to in the first place
.
Those that are high performing KNOW that rest/white space IS the work
.
To receive new ideas and clarity, to turn Off the monkey mind and tune in and listen to your intuition
.
You can’t do that when you are constantly going and going
.
This is a lot of the work I do with my high performing clients. They already know most of the answers but they never give themselves the time either out of fear or just not knowing what best works for them
.
Well you can keep going like you are...but long term that’s a broken strategy...you can find out the hard way if you want...or you can work with me and change it before it becomes a problem
.
